Nintendo doesn't own every ocarina in existence, and though Songbird Ocarinas used a lot of allusions and imagery reminiscent to the Zelda franchise, they did not infringe upon Nintendo's intellectual property (if they did, you can rest assured Nintendo wouldn't have been running their ads). I fondly remember the Songbird Ocarina ads, and the difference is that Songbird Ocarina was not stealing Nintendo's intellectual property. I'm warning you, it's a full face mask with an ocarina beak coming off of it, it's weird. I personally am not a fan at all of these things, but they may suit some people. the ugly ones (imo) Songbird actually has made tribal style masks with ocarina beaks coming off of them. Well some of these new ocarinas look and sound fantastic! So here's a few of their newest additions: Just got a Christmas email from Songbird and they advertised they have some new ocarinas on their site and are in the process of creating new designs.
